Developed by Cooper Vision, MiSight® 1 day is a soft daily disposable contact lenses worn during daytime. Not only does it optically correct existing myopia (not astigmatism), giving clear distance and near vision, but MiSight has also been proven to slow the progression of myopia in most children.

Children may not see quite as clearly with these contact lenses as other types of single vision contact lenses, but they do provide good vision and effectively slow down the myopic progression. More importantly, there is no additional risk compared to regular daily contact lenses. The risk of infection or inflammatory events with daily disposables is 1 case/year in 5,000 wearers and slightly higher with reusable soft contact lens.
